That’s a fight we prefer to stay out of, because BOTH sides are flawed.

At Ritual Coaching Collective, we believe you don’t need to lose weight to feel good about yourself—but whether you want to or not, we support you in making your own choices about your body. 

Unlike anti-diet coaches, we give our students permission to lose weight rather than telling them to stop trying to change their bodies altogether.

And, unlike diet coaches, rather than telling you what to eat or focusing on weight loss as a primary goal, our coaching guides you towards feeling at home in your body, shifting your focus from your body composition to your self-worth, and not only making peace with, but enjoying food and exercise.

  • Food Body Self is a 6-month coaching program.

    Private coaching begins as soon as you’re ready.

  • If you want to lose weight, building a solid foundation is key. Achieving and maintaining the body composition at which you feel your best requires you to have a healthy relationship with food, exercise, your body, and yourself.

    Food Body Self does not explicitly encourage weight loss or guide you through a weight loss plan, but for the reasons stated above, the program is a prerequisite for successful and long-term weight loss.

    However, if after building a healthy relationship with food, you choose to pursue intentional weight loss, we can pair you with a coach to support you in losing weight in a sustainable and healthy manner.

  • Food Body Self does not explicitly encourage or promote weight loss, and we welcome students with no intention of changing their bodies.

    Food Body Self is for developing a healthy relationship with food, improving your body image, and building up your self-worth.

  • If you’d prefer to work privately with a Food Body Self coach, we have a full solo track available. Please fill out our application here.

  • Not unless you’d like to work on your own relationship with food (which is highly recommended if you still struggle! And there’s no shame in a coach getting coached).
